When a teen gets a serious boyfriend they may go to any cost to make their newfound love happy. A lot of teens have sex with their partner because they think that is the only way to make him continue to love her. What they should realize is that if he truly loves her then sex definitely wouldn't be a priority.
Teenagers have a lot of hormones but these can be controlled and before performing intercourse the teens often don’t think of the consequences of their actions. A lot of people look at a young lady who uses protection as a “bad girl.” This is another cause of teen pregnancy. A lot of the time it is the parents who don’t want their teen having sexual intercourse and they think the way to prevent this is by not allowing any condoms, birth control, etc. This is very common. Although no parent wants their teen having sex it is a good possibility they will, with or without your consent. This is something else to stay aware of.
